1. Information we collect

Account and sign-in information

When you register or sign in, we may process your email address and account identifiers, along with the basic Google profile information described in Section 2 if you choose Google Sign-In. Where an account profile allows you to provide other information, we process the information you submit.

Game activity and rewards

When you use game or reward features, we may process game progress, scores, reward balances, reward eligibility and redemption or transaction records, as needed to operate those features, resolve support requests, and investigate misuse. If you submit a cryptocurrency wallet address to receive a reward, we process that address and the related payout details to administer the requested transaction.

Blockchain visibility: A wallet address and transactions recorded on a public blockchain may be publicly visible and may be linked to an individual in some circumstances. We cannot remove an already-published blockchain transaction from the blockchain.

Device, usage, and technical information

Depending on the app and your device settings, our Services and third-party integrations may collect or receive an advertising identifier (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating-system and display information, app interactions, diagnostics, and usage or server logs. These details may be used for app operation, statistics, performance, fraud prevention, or advertising as explained below.

Optional offerwall activity

If a game includes an offerwall and you choose to participate, the offerwall provider may, subject to applicable permissions and its own disclosures, process information about eligible installed apps, usage duration, or activity needed to determine whether an offer was completed. This collection is feature- and provider-dependent; an offerwall is not necessarily present in every game.

If you contact us, we process your message, contact details, and information needed to respond to your request.

2. Google Sign-In and Google account data

If you choose to sign in with Google in a game that offers this feature, Google handles the sign-in process and makes available the information permitted by the sign-in request and your authorization. Depending on the information actually provided, this can include a Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile picture.

We use the Google account identifier and any account information made available to us to identify or create your game account, sign you in, maintain your account session, associate your saved game progress or rewards with the correct account, and provide account-related support and security. A display name or profile image, if provided and used in a game, may appear in that game's account interface.

We store account information received through Google Sign-In only to the extent needed for these functions and in accordance with the retention approach in Section 6. A third-party authentication or hosting provider may process the information on our behalf to deliver these functions. We do not sell Google Sign-In account information. Advertising and offerwall integrations are described separately in Section 5; Google profile information is not provided to them merely because you sign in with Google.

Signing in with Google is distinct from granting access to other Google services. If a particular game asks for additional Google account permissions beyond basic sign-in, the requested data and its specific use must be disclosed to you in that game and in an updated version of this policy before the additional access is used.

You can review or revoke the game's Google account connection through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not, by itself, delete information already stored in your game account; see Section 7 to request account or data deletion.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate users, operate accounts, save game progress, and provide game features.
• To administer rewards, verify eligibility, address disputes, and process requested payouts, where those features are offered.
• To respond to support or privacy requests and send essential service or account notices.
• To maintain the security, reliability, and performance of our apps and servers, analyze usage, and prevent abuse.
• To display and measure advertising and administer optional offerwall offers where the game includes those features, subject to applicable settings and permissions.

We may send promotional emails if you have opted in or if another applicable basis permits them; where such messages are sent, you can request that they stop by contacting us. Essential account or service notices may still be sent when necessary.

4. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to host our Services, operate authentication or account systems, deliver communications, provide technical support, or maintain security. Such providers should only process the information needed to provide the relevant services, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Depending on the game and features you use, advertising and offerwall partners may separately receive device, advertising, usage, or offer-completion information as described in Section 5 and their own privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect users and the Services.

Where a cryptocurrency reward is paid through a public blockchain, the wallet address and transaction details needed for that payment become visible as part of the public transaction record.

5. Advertising and optional offerwalls

Some games include ads or optional third-party offerwalls. Depending on the SDKs used in a specific app version and your device settings, these partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device and app information, ad interactions, and offer-completion events to deliver and measure ads, detect invalid traffic, administer rewards, or perform their own processing as explained in their policies.

The previous version of this policy identified the following advertising partners. A partner's inclusion here does not mean that it is active in every game or every app version:

• AppLovin: privacy information
• InMobi: privacy information

Please also review the privacy notice displayed by any offerwall or ad provider in the app. You can manage available ad-personalization and identifier controls through your device settings. Changing these settings may not remove all ads.

6. Storage and retention

Account and game information may be retained while your account is active and for a further period where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, complete or document reward transactions, handle disputes, prevent abuse, comply with applicable legal requirements, or resolve support requests. Technical logs and advertising-related information may have separate retention periods established by the relevant system or provider.

We do not specify a single retention period for every data category because these periods depend on the record and its purpose. When information is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose, we delete it or de-identify it as appropriate, subject to applicable legal or technical restrictions. Public blockchain transactions are not controlled by us and cannot be erased by deleting your game account.

7. Your choices, access, and deletion requests

You may contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your game account, or to ask questions about our processing of your information.

For an account deletion request, include the name of the game and the email address associated with your game account, and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Please do not email your password, Google login credentials, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on a request.

We will review your request and delete or de-identify account information where applicable, subject to information we must or may retain for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, outstanding transactions, or dispute resolution. We will explain any relevant limitations when responding. Deleting a game account may mean losing game progress, reward balances, and access to account-specific features. Revoking Google account access is a separate action and does not automatically delete your game data.

For information held directly by an advertising or offerwall partner, its privacy notice may describe additional access, objection, opt-out, or deletion options.

8. Security and processing locations

We seek to protect information by using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and Services involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us at the address below.

Depending on the location of our hosting and third-party service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Applicable privacy rights and safeguards may differ by location. Contact us if you need more information about processing relevant to your account.

9. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to one of our Services, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

10. Other websites and policy updates

Our games and website may link to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their notices before providing them with information.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services or data practices change. We will post the revised policy at this address and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
